Since, upper left can- ine was missing and was rep- laced with an implant supported bridge, a group functions was advisable,4 whereas on the right side, canine-guided occlusion was given, since natural canines were present. Discussion Dental problems are often multi-factorial, and may not be satisfactorily resolved by the restorative treatment alone.5 Creating the perfect smile along with health is a challeng- ing procedure that requires a multidisciplinary approach, and meticulous treatment plan- ning. Emphasis was given on occlusal adjustments in both temporary and final restora- tion, since occlusal rehabilita- tion is the key to long-term success of the restorations and the oral health.
