n Mit den Worten: „Ich darf Ihnen heute einen neuen Stern am welt- weiten Dentalhimmel vorstellen“, er- öffnete Dr. Martin Rickert, geschäfts- führender Gesellschafter der Sanavis Group, die erste gemeinsame Presse- konferenz auf der IDS. Nach Rickert gehöre die Gruppe mit insgesamt rund 800 Mitarbeitern in Nordame- rika und Europa zu den zehn größten Herstellern dentaler Ausstattungen weltweit. Angefangen von Instrumen- ten über den Antrieb bis hin zur hy- gienischen Aufbereitung sei das Port- folio von Sanavis nahezu komplett und soll in den kommenden Jahren weiter ausgebaut werden. Zur Sanavis Group gehören Sci- Can, MICRO-MEGA und SycoTec. Um die Innovationskraft und den Ver- trieb der drei Unternehmen zu stär- ken, sollen innerhalb der Sanavis Group Synergien genutzt werden. Darüber hinaus würde die neue Gruppe bei Forschung- und Ent- wicklungsthemen eng zusammen- arbeiten. Durch Kooperationen unterein- ander ist es laut Dr. Rickert möglich, bestehende Märkte intensiver zu be- treuen und neue Kunden zu überzeu- gen. Zum Beispiel eröffnet die trans- atlantische Allianz den Zugang von MICRO-MEGA und SycoTec in Nord- amerika, auf der anderen Seite tun sich die Kanadier leichter, wenn sie die SciCan-Lösungen im Bereich Wiederaufbereitung und Hygiene über ihre europäischen Partner ver- treiben. Dr. Martin Rickert, der auch als Sprecher des VDDI auf der IDS ein gefragter Mann ist, betonte in der Pressekonferenz seines Unterneh- mens stets die Unabhängigkeit der einzelnen Marken. „In unserem Füh- rungsmodell setzen wir auf Subsidi- arität. Die Sanavis Group ist das stra- tegische und administrative Dach der drei gut aufgestellten Firmen – mehr nicht, aber auch nicht weniger. Die Entscheidungen werden weiterhin dort gefällt, wo sie getroffen werden müssen.“ Ein sichtbares Zeichen für die Drei-Marken-Strategie sei die Beibe- haltung der Unternehmen in ihrer jetzigen Form und deren Auftreten auf der IDS. „Es gibt keine Sanavis- Produkte. Es gibt nur Produkte von SciCan, MICRO-MEGA und OEM/Pri- vate Label Produkte in der Zahnme- dizin von SycoTec“, erklärte Rickert. The Sanavis Group is the strategic and administrative umbrella of three well-positioned companies, no more but also no less. The decisions continue to be made there where they have to be made.” A visible sign for the three- brand strategy is retaining the com- panies in their current form and the appearance at the IDS. “There are no Sanavis products. There are only products from SciCan, MICRO- MEGA and OEM/Private Label Prod- ucts in dentistry by SycoTec,” Rickert said.
