Prizes include two luxury hotel/ resort stays at two different Flor- ida properties, and each package includes three days and two nights with deluxe accommodations. Upgrades are available based upon availability. Two winners will be drawn on Saturday afternoon at the V21 Meet- ing. Purchase your tickets now: • Fax the completed form (online at www.v21.nadl.org) along with payment to (850) 222-0053. • Purchase online at www.v21. nadl.org. • Purchase tickets onsite at the meeting beginning Thursday eve- ning at the welcome reception. You may obtain tickets from staff at the registration desk or look for any member of the foundation board of trustees as they will have tickets for the drawings, too. Once you obtain a ticket, you will be entered into the Big Ticket draw- ings ($100 is the suggested contribu- tion per ticket and acceptable forms of payment are cash, check or credit card). Only 200 tickets will be sold, so the more tickets you purchase, the better your chances to win. Winners do not have to be present to win. All proceeds received from the Big Ticket drawing will go to the Foun- dation for Dental Laboratory Tech- nology and will support the future of dental laboratory technology.
